About pq999

pq999 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online casino and sports betting experience without leaving the comfort of their homes. From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Rajshahi, we have grown into one of the most recognized names in online gaming across the country, trusted by hundreds of thousands of players who demand quality, security, and fairness above all else.

We are more than just a gaming platform. pq999 is a community where cricket fans, casino enthusiasts, and sports bettors come together on a platform that understands their language, their culture, and their passion. We continuously invest in our platform to bring you the latest games from top providers, competitive odds on your favourite sports, and a seamless experience on every device.

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment to every adult player in Bangladesh. We believe that online gaming should be accessible, transparent, and enjoyable — free from the complexity that often intimidates newcomers. That is why we have built pq999 with simplicity and trust at its core, making it easy for both first-time players and experienced bettors to navigate, deposit, and play without friction.

We are committed to responsible gaming. pq999 operates under the principle that entertainment should never come at the cost of well-being. We encourage all our players — especially those from Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, and across Bangladesh — to play responsibly, set personal limits, and reach out to our support team whenever they need guidance. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play on pq999.

pq999 was designed specifically with the Bangladeshi player in mind. We understand that the typical player in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rangpur, or Cox's Bazar has unique preferences — a love of cricket that runs deep, a comfort with mobile-first technology, and a need for instant, reliable payment solutions in local currency. Every feature on our platform reflects these needs, from the BPL betting markets to our bKash and Nagad deposit channels and our Bengali-language support options.

We also recognize Bangladesh's rich festival calendar and the role it plays in our players' lives. During Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, and other celebrations, pq999 marks these occasions with special promotions, bonus offers, and enhanced events — because we are not just a platform, we are part of the community. Our depositing and withdrawal services run around the clock at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) to ensure funds are always accessible when you need them.

Behind pq999 is a dedicated team of gaming professionals, technology specialists, and customer experience experts who are passionate about delivering the best possible platform. Our team brings together expertise from across the online gaming industry, with a deep understanding of what Bangladeshi players value most.

At pq999, we take our responsibility to players seriously. We are committed to maintaining a platform where payments are processed promptly, bonuses are awarded fairly, and every concern raised by a player is addressed with care and urgency. Our dispute resolution process is straightforward, our terms are written in plain language, and our support team is trained to resolve issues at the first point of contact whenever possible.

We also take a firm stance against underage gambling. pq999 enforces strict age verification to ensure that only players aged 21 and above can register and access real-money games. If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulty related to gambling, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team directly — we are here to help, not just to provide entertainment.
